A collaboration with HARDENCO (Hartford Denim Company), this denim & leather strap is a stunner.
 
The 2 inch wide strap has a raw, sanforized, 13.5 oz USA made White Oak Cone denim with a double stitched edge.
 
This USA made denim is new old stock from the now closed Cone Mills White Oak plant in Greensboro, NC.
 
After 112 years in operation, Cone Mills closed its USA plant in 2017. Cone mills was one of the last producers of American selvedge denim.
 
The reverse is a supple brown suede added for minimal slippage- the suede naturally holds and minimizes the movement of the strap on the shoulder.
This is a great consoderation if you have a guitar that neck dives or if you simply like to have your strap/ guitar stay in place.
 
The tail pieces are cut/ sewn in vegetable tan leather. Vegetable tanned leather is a high quality, thick and robust material that only gets better with age- it will darken to a deep brown and soften with use.
 
Front tailpiece is cut in our signature shape and is clean/ has no logo. The rear tailpiece has both the FAIRFIELD GUITAR CO & the HARDENCO logo on the reverse side.
 
Finished off with a high quality 100% raw brass slide adjustment & rear hoop for full adjustability.
 
Cut and sewn in New Hartford, CT USA, hence....100% MADE IN THE USA.
